If you have been asked to provide ID documents, then we will require a photo ID (Group A), as well as a proof of address (Group B). In order to make this as smooth as possible, we do ask that you read the below guide to find out which documents can be accepted and to what standard they need to be.
 
You can send your documents to us by taking a large, clear photo using a smartphone or scanner, and uploading to the secure link you have been sent or emailing it to us at help@osper.com.

Group A

If you have been asked to provide a proof of ID, we would require a copy of either your:

  • Passport
  • UK Driving Licence

Please ensure this document is:

  • A valid document
  • Showing all details of the document (Cropped and folded documents cannot be accepted)
  • A colour copy

Group B

If we have requested a proof of address then we would require a copy of any of the below documents:

  • UK Driving Licence (if not already used in Group A)
  • Current Account, Savings or Mortgage statement
  • Letter from HMRC or DWP
  • Electricity, Gas, Water or Landline bill
  • Council Tax bill

Please ensure this document is:

  • Dated within the last 3 months
  • Showing all details of the document (Cropped and folded documents cannot be accepted)
  • Received in the post and not a digital version

Please note that letters from the NHS or introductory offers from a utility provider cannot be accepted. It must be a valid bill or statement.
