What is Microsoft/Xbox and why have they charged me?
Xbox is a Microsoft gaming and media console that you use to play games, watch films, listen to music and more.
Xbox is centred around playing games together, using a service Xbox live. Xbox live is a subscription service (£5.99/month or £39.99/year).
Xbox also has a store, where you can buy new games, movies, TV shows, music and more. Similarly, you can also download demos for games which you then pay for unless you cancel.
Another note is that even with purchased games, you can go on to buy additional packs - these can be new levels, characters, stories, functionality and more.
