If you’ve lost your card, left it behind at a friends house or if you don't recognise a transaction then you can lock the card instantly which will prevent it from being used at cash machines, in shops and online.

Please note: An Osper card can be locked and unlocked by both the parent and the young person.

To lock a card as the Parent

  1. Log into the Osper app

  2. Select a child to open their card settings

  3. Select the More option from the menu bar at the bottom

  4. Select Card Lock/Lost Card on

  5. Tap the slider switch on to lock the card, or off to unlock the card

Once you lock the card you should see the following screen:

If you have lost your Osper Card, parent account holders can replace the card in the by pressing the Cancel and Replace Card button in red. 

To lock a card as the young person:

  1. Log into the Osper app

  2. Select the More option from the menu bar at the bottom

  3. Select Card Lock/Lost Card on

  4. Tap the slider switch on to lock the card, or off to unlock the card

If you have lost the Osper Card parent account holders will need to log in to the app and order a replacement (please see above).
