If you have lost your Osper card or had it stolen, we make it easy to get a replacement delivered straight to your door. We always advise locking the card as soon as you notice it’s missing.

Ordering a replacement card in the Osper app

You can now order a replacement Osper card using the latest version of the Osper app. To order a replacement card:

  1. Log in to the app using your username and password
  2. Press More from the menu at the bottom
  3. Select the Card Lock / Lost option from the list
  4. Press Cancel and replace card

If you do not see the option, please go to the App Store / Play Store, search for Osper and press update if available.

If you are unable to access your app, you can call our dedicated Lost & Stolen line on 020 3322 9090. This dedicated phone line is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week
