If you have lost your Osper card or had it stolen, we make it easy to get a replacement delivered straight to your door. We always advise locking the card as soon as you notice it’s missing.
Ordering a replacement card in the Osper Dashboard
You can now order a premium replacement card from the Osper dashboard. Simply click here and use the same parent username and password that you use for the Osper app. You’ll then see a list of your Osper cards and the option to replace them.
Click on “replace” and check out the wonderful premium card designs we are now offering you! The one-off cost of each card will be displayed on the page and it may vary depending on the design you select. You will also be able to choose whether you wish to keep your current card active or have it cancelled.
Once you are happy with the new look of your card, you can complete your order. We will display the last 4 digits of the debit card you’ve saved as payment method in the Osper app for a smoothless checkout experience.

Your card should be with you within 10 days. You can alway check your order status by logging into your Dashboard account. Please note only parents have access to the Dashboard.
Ordering a replacement card in the Osper app
You can now order a replacement Osper card using the latest version of the Osper app. To order a replacement card:
- Log in to the app using your username and password
- Press More from the menu at the bottom
- Select the Card Lock / Lost option from the list
- Press Cancel and replace card
If you do not see the option, please go to the App Store / Play Store, search for Osper and press update if available.
