If you wish to order an Osper card, you can do so on our website here.
The information we will request is the following:
Your Osper Parent account:
Please enter your email address, which will be used as a username to you log in the Osper app.
Make sure you chose a strong password, one that you have never used before. Your password must include at least 6 characters of which one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number.
If you have a referral code, please add it in the invite code section.
Please enter your child details as you wish them to be printed on the Osper card.
You can add up to 4 children.
Your address will be used both as billing address for your debit card payments and as delivery address for the Osper card. We can only dispatch the Osper card to your billing address.
Please make sure any flat number and street number are saved in the first line of the address.
Parent Identity Check:
Please make sure you enter your full name and DOB as it appears on your legal documents. That is to make sure we can verify your identity correctly.
In case we are unable to verify your details, we will send you an email requesting more information.
Free Trial and Pricing:
We currently offer a one-month free trial. All pricing information can be found here.
Please check all details have been entered correctly and then submit your order. You will see a screen that shows all the details you have entered once more, to make sure they are all correct. You will also receive an email to verify your email address. Simply click on the link in the email to verify it.
Once the order has been successfully processed, we will send you a confirmation email and your Osper card should be on your doormat within 10 days!
