STEP 1: Email address and login details

Please make sure you enter your full name as it appears on your legal documents. That is to make sure we can verify your identity correctly.

Make sure you chose a strong password, one that you have never used before. Your password must include at least 8 characters of which one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter one number and one symbol like #$%*. You may be required to add an extra word to make your password stronger.

STEP 2: About you

Please make sure you enter your DOB and address as it appears on your legal documents. That is, again, to make sure we can verify your identity correctly. In case we are unable to verify your details, we will send you an email requesting more information.

Your address will be used both as the billing address for your debit card payments and as the delivery address for the Osper card. We can only dispatch the Osper card to your billing address.

Please make sure any flat number and street number are saved in the first line of the address.

STEP 3: Card Design

You can choose any card design you like. For premium cards, a one-off cost will be displayed on the order page.

You can change the selected design by clicking on "change". Remember to select a design for each card you need.

STEP 4: About your child

Please enter your child details as you wish them to be printed on the Osper card. If they don't have a mobile number or email address that's fine, we will use your contact details instead.
We normally use their email address as username to log in the app. However, you can choose to create a unique username for your child.

Make sure you choose a strong password for your child, one that they have never used before. Their password must include at least 6 characters of which one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number.

Don't forget the login details for your child! Once your Osper card arrives and is activated, your child will be able to log in the app using the unique username and password you've just provided.

If you wish, you can add another child. You can order up to 3 cards on your first order and add a fourth card later on.

Note: you can order an Osper card for children aged 8-18. If your child turns 8 within one month, you can still order a card for them. Just make sure you wait until their birthday to activate it.

STEP 5: Email verification

We will send you an email to verify your email address. Simply click on the link inside the email and you will be able to complete the last step of your order.

If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check the spam folder. You can always contact our support team using the website chat anytime or by emailing us at help@osper.com.

STEP 6: Payment details

As a final step, you'll need to enter your payment details. The debit card details will be used to cover your Osper subscription, your loads and the allowance payments onto the Osper card.

Your monthly subscription will be set up 12 days after your order and will include a 30-day free trial, so effectively you will start paying for your monthly subscription 42 days after the order has been successfully submitted. For more information about pricing, please click here.

Please make sure you don't enter any special characters or numbers in the cardholder field.

STEP 7: Confirmation email

Congratulations, you made it! Once your order is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email and your brand new Osper card should be on your doormat within 10 days. While you wait, we suggest you download the Osper app and check your order status in the Dashboard. To log in the dashboard, simply go to osper.com and click on Login in the top right-hand corner.
